2. System management software
The system management software can operate on Windows 7, communicate with the system over Ethernet. Works with the following functions
User management
Can create, modify or delete user accounts and decentralize the system operation
Control broadcast notifications
The radio control feature allows the user to manage all notifications
System management
The software can display the radio status of each device in the system. The buttons or icons showing the status of the device or speaker area illuminate GREEN when operating in normal mode and turn RED when operating in an emergency situation.
System alert
The system alarm function allows centralized management of the error status of the devices in the system, and logs automatic events in the main devices. When the system detects an error, the graphical interface on the system management software will emit audio and visual alarms. The error device is yellow. Users can precisely locate the faulty devices through the system monitoring software.
Manage notes
The system can record and store all system operation history and fault events for future analysis. The working event and log event will be kept on separate hard drive and cannot be deleted manually. The system only stores information of events for 1 year. Users can query events by time, workgroup, device … and export the result logs to another format for archiving.
Speech synthesis
The system management software can communicate with third party speech synthesis software. It can convert from text to speech to play notifications.
Sound source management
It allows users to centrally manage audio files on the server, and play them out for the entire system. The audio management functions can convert audio files in different formats into specified system formats. It can broadcast these content to loudspeaker zones by configuring the preset broadcast setting feature.
